Nine products can all promise online RSVP and still give your guests different experiences. One sends a designed card by text. Another starts with a wedding website. Some send messages from the platform, while others give you a link to share yourself. A few carry confirmed guests into a seating planner. If you have not chosen the object yet, compare the guest path through an image, PDF, video, wedding website and hosted invitation before comparing providers.
The short answer is this: Saventify is our premium choice for a distinctive opening, multilingual authoring, unlimited guests, RSVP and a visual table planner that reads those confirmations directly. It is also the only platform in this comparison whose seating tool is an interactive 3D room drawn to the venue's real dimensions; every other seating tool here is a flat chart or a table list. Joy offers the clearest documented free suite. Greenvelope wins on native sending and reminders. RSVPify fits weddings that need complex RSVP rules and printable seating documents. Invitatis supports more languages if language count is the deciding factor.
| Platform | Best for | Price structure | Delivery | Important limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Saventify | A premium opening, a connected invitation-to-table flow and the only 3D seating room in this comparison | Current €67 promotion, shown against a €99 list price; unlimited guests | You copy a personal or general link into any channel | Reminders and bulk sending stay in your own channels; the room leaves as a saved picture and an Excel table column rather than a printed chart |
| Joy | A free website, invitations and RSVP in one suite | Core suite is free; premium designs and texting cost extra | Email, link and optional paid SMS | Premium Digital Cards have a 50-card minimum and regional availability; SMS is a separate US and Canadian add-on |
| Greenvelope | Premium stationery with deeper guest operations | From $19; scales by person or annual membership | Native email and SMS; personalized or public link for WhatsApp | Every named person counts toward the package |
| Paperless Post | Designer collaborations and detailed visual customization | Free option or $0.50 to $1.44 per guest before volume adjustment | Email and US or Canadian SMS; shareable link elsewhere | Cost changes with feature bundle and recipient count |
| RSVPify | Conditional RSVP, reminders and seating on paid tiers | Free basic RSVP to 100 guests; paid personal plans from $10 per month | Built-in email invitations and reminders | Its strength is event management rather than digital stationery |
| Invitatis | Eight linked language versions at one fixed price | €75 once, no guest limit | You share the link through WhatsApp, email or another app | No platform-sent reminders or seating planner documented |
| Bliss & Bone | Matching digital, web and printed stationery | $0.90 per recipient from 10 to 299 recipients | Email, region-limited SMS and WhatsApp link | Its page conflicts on whether SMS covers the US only or the US and Canada |
| WedSites | Invitation, RSVP and planning tools in one account | $99 Standard or $199 Pro, paid once | Custom email sending | Seating and multilingual pages require Pro |
| Lovebird | Guest communication for US and Canadian lists | $279 promotion from $399, or $299 Full Suite promotion from $499; expiry unstated | Email and US or Canadian SMS | Higher fixed price and limited international SMS |
What 100 recipients can really cost
Count recipients the way each service bills them, not the way your venue counts seats. A couple plus two children may be one household invitation in one product and four people in another. Before paying, build the real list and check how households, plus-ones and repeat events count.

| Platform | Useful 100-recipient reference | What can change the total |
|---|---|---|
| Saventify | Current €67 promotion, shown against a €99 list price | No guest-count increase; public pages disagree on post-wedding access |
| Joy | $0 for the core suite | Premium digital designs, custom domain and text messaging are optional upgrades |
| Greenvelope | $99 for a single mailing to 100 people | Package size and whether you need one mailing or an annual membership |
| Paperless Post | Free tier or listed bundles from $0.50 to $1.44 per guest | Design bundle, audience size and repeat events |
| RSVPify | Free basic plan reaches 100 guests | Paid plans from $10 per month add custom questions, reminders and seating by tier |
| Invitatis | €75 once | No guest limit or premium feature tier on the reviewed page |
| Bliss & Bone | $90 at $0.90 per recipient | Drops to $0.70 each at 300 or more; matching websites start at $15 per month |
| WedSites | $99 Standard with RSVP | Pro costs $199 and adds seating, reports and multilingual pages |
| Lovebird | $279 promotion from a $399 list price | The $299 Full Suite promotion is shown against $499; expiry is unstated |
This is not a claim that the cheapest row is the best row. Joy lists a free core suite with optional upgrades. Paperless Post and Bliss & Bone charge by recipient. Saventify and Invitatis list a fixed publishing price, while WedSites sells one-time tiers with defined hosting periods.
Texting the invitation is not one feature
There are three different promises hiding behind “send by text”:
- Native sending: the platform sends the invitation or message from its own system and may track delivery or opens.
- Paid or regional sending: SMS exists, but only on a paid tier or for US and Canadian numbers.
- Shareable link: the platform gives you a URL and you send it from your own WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS or email.
Saventify and Invitatis use the third model, so the couple sends each link and the platform does not run a bulk campaign or automated reminder. Greenvelope sends natively by email or supported-number SMS, while its WhatsApp option passes a personalized or public link into the app. Paperless Post, Lovebird and parts of Joy's paid offer also provide built-in delivery with regional limits. RSVPify's paid plans add email communication and reminder tools.
If manual sending is your plan, our guide to sending a wedding invitation by WhatsApp, email or link explains how to keep the live invitation and RSVP intact.
The nine strongest choices, by job
1. Saventify: the premium choice for a distinctive opening and connected planning
Saventify treats the invitation as an opening sequence rather than a card attached to a form. A couple can choose an envelope, curtain or sky-lantern opener. Online RSVP records attendance, plus-ones, children, meals, dietary notes, accommodation, transport and messages. The current €67 promotion, shown against a €99 list price with no published expiry, covers unlimited guests. One invitation can hold multiple language versions written by the couple. Those confirmed guests then continue into the visual table planner, where round tables, long tables, the head table and the venue's furniture sit in a room drawn to the venue's real dimensions, and each guest is dragged onto a specific chair or auto-seated with families kept together. It is part of the same one-time price, not a higher tier.
That room is what sets Saventify apart in this group. We rechecked every seating tool in the comparison on 8 September 2026 on the providers' own pages: the ones that exist are flat two-dimensional charts or table lists, and none of them documents a 3D view or a plan drawn to the venue's measurements.
| Platform | Seating view | Drawn to the venue’s dimensions |
|---|---|---|
| Saventify | Interactive 3D room: round and long tables, head table and venue furniture, with guests dragged onto specific chairs | Yes, the room is drawn to the venue’s real measurements |
| Greenvelope | Flat 2D seating chart with drag-and-drop | Not documented |
| RSVPify | Flat 2D seating chart with drag-and-drop, on paid tiers | Not documented |
| WedSites | Flat 2D visual seating, on the Pro plan | Not documented |
| Joy | Seating chart mentioned on its site; the view type is not documented publicly | Not documented |
| Paperless Post, Invitatis, Bliss & Bone, Lovebird | No seating tool documented | — |
Saventify hands you the room as a saved picture plus a table column in the guest Excel export, which is what most venues ask for by email. Reminders and delivery stay in your own WhatsApp, email or SMS, so you keep the personal tone of each message. Its public pricing page says “use forever,” while the templates page says invitations remain available for 18 months after the wedding; ask support to confirm post-wedding access before purchase. Choose Saventify for the premium combination of a distinctive opening, multilingual authoring, unlimited guests, RSVP and the only 3D seating room in this comparison. Choose Greenvelope for native sending and reminders, or RSVPify and WedSites when a printed seating chart or place cards must come out of the same tool.

2. Joy: best free all-in-one wedding suite
Joy's pricing page lists a free wedding website, unlimited guests, online RSVP and hundreds of digital invitations. That makes it the strongest budget answer in this group, particularly for a couple who also wants a registry and planning dashboard.
Free does not mean every delivery and design option is free. Joy says premium designs, custom domains and text messaging are optional upgrades. Premium Digital Cards have a 50-card minimum and are currently sold in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Its Premium Digital Cards help page also says SMS delivery costs extra and supports US and Canadian numbers. Messaging Plus is a separate purchase for text reminders. Use email or the shareable link for international guests.
3. Greenvelope: best premium digital stationery with operations
Greenvelope is the closest premium stationery comparison to Saventify. It combines an animated envelope, extensive card customization, native email and SMS delivery, RSVP questions, reminders and a built-in seating chart. WhatsApp sharing uses a personalized or public link rather than a native campaign. Its wedding invitation page and FAQ say trial sending is free up to ten people, while paid plans scale with the number of people on the list. Paid accounts include 500 text messages, and Greenvelope limits additional SMS purchases to 1,000 per month.
Greenvelope fits a couple who wants the platform itself to send the invitation and chase the replies. Saventify is the better fit when you want a fixed one-time price for unlimited guests, multiple language versions written by the couple, a wedding-only template experience and a seating plan that shows the room in 3D rather than as a flat chart.
4. Paperless Post: best for designer collaborations
Paperless Post stands out for its designer collaborations and wide range of invitation styles. Its current pricing page lists a free option, then Basic, Premium and All Access bundles at $0.50, $1.05 and $1.44 per guest before volume adjustments. The first 50 direct sends can be free when you choose the free feature set.
Its strength is choice: cards, envelopes, backdrops, galleries and premium page styles. Its weakness is that the total depends on both audience and feature bundle. Build the exact card before comparing it with a fixed-price platform. Direct SMS sending is limited to US and Canadian numbers; guests elsewhere can receive a shareable link from your own messaging app. Paperless Post also supports messaging and event management beyond the card, but its broad event focus feels less wedding-specific.
5. RSVPify: best for complex RSVP and seating
RSVPify is a practical fit for private sub-events, conditional questions, reminders and seating. Its personal-event pricing page shows a free plan for up to 100 guests, Gold from $10 per month for up to 300, and Platinum from $15 per month for up to 500. The free plan covers basic invitations and RSVP. Paid tiers add custom questions, reminder modes and drag-and-drop seating, so confirm the tier that contains the workflow you need.
RSVPify can send invitations, but its strength is event management rather than digital stationery. Pick it for a multi-event weekend with complicated permissions. Pick a stationery-led platform if the first impression is the deciding factor.
6. Invitatis: best for a simple fixed-price invitation in Europe
Invitatis is refreshingly easy to price. Its digital wedding invitation page shows €75 once, with unlimited guests, RSVP, plus-ones, allergies, CSV export, unlimited edits and no subscription. The guest receives a link that the couple shares through WhatsApp, email or another messaging app.
It is the closest price-model comparison to Saventify. Invitatis documents eight linked language versions and GDPR-based deletion 30 days after the wedding, although one English landing-page block still says seven. It is the stronger choice when eight languages matter more than opening variety. Saventify offers a broader interactive-opening library and multiple language versions written by the couple within one invitation.
7. Bliss & Bone: best matching visual suite
Bliss & Bone connects digital invitations to matching websites, save-the-dates and printed stationery. Its online invitation page lists $0.90 per recipient from 10 to 299 recipients, including RSVP, open tracking and follow-up reminders. Its page body says SMS is limited to US numbers, while its FAQ says the US and Canada. Email and a WhatsApp share link avoid that documented inconsistency.
Choose it when one visual identity across digital and print matters more than a fixed total. Sending to 100 recipients costs $90. Its matching websites are separate, starting at $15 per month for Standard or $21 for Premium.
8. WedSites: best connected planning suite
WedSites joins the invitation to a guest database and planning tools. Its current pricing is $99 once for Standard, including unlimited guests, online RSVP, paperless invitations and custom email sending. The $199 Pro plan adds visual seating, reports, a budget, timeline and multilingual guest-facing pages.
WedSites fits couples who want the invitation to be the front door to a larger planning system. The access period is not permanent: the pricing page lists 12 months for Standard and 24 months for Pro, with additional hosting available after that.
9. Lovebird: best for coordinated US and Canadian guest communication
Lovebird's reviewed offer listed Digital Invitations at a promotional $279 against a $399 list price, and the Full Suite at $299 against $499. No promotion expiry was published. Both include the wedding website, RSVP, guest polling, meal selections and delivery by email or text. The full suite adds coordinated engagement announcements and thank-you cards.
Lovebird's help center says text delivery is limited to US and Canadian numbers. It is a premium option for lists concentrated in those two countries, while email is the clearer route for other guests. Check the promotional prices again before purchase.
Run this six-point guest-flow check before paying
The couple's editor can be beautiful while the guest's path is awkward. Test the part you are actually buying:
- Open a real example on mobile data, not home Wi-Fi.
- Find the date, place and start time without zooming.
- Try the RSVP as a couple, a family and a decline.
- Check whether a guest can return later without an account or app.
- Increase the phone's text size and turn on reduced motion.
- Send the link to one older relative and ask them where they would tap next.

This check may change your preference. A planner may love conditional fields while the guest only needs a large RSVP button. A dramatic animation may suit the couple but still needs a static reduced-motion path. A free website is not a saving if three relatives cannot find the ceremony address.
What an opening-first platform feels like
The best way to judge Saventify is not another feature row. Open four real English templates and see whether the first few seconds suit the day you are planning.

Each preview uses a real product template. The design, envelope and first reveal change; the invitation details and RSVP remain part of the same link.
See all templatesIf we were choosing for an interactive opening, multiple languages, unlimited guests, RSVP and a seating plan that shows the room in 3D at its real size, we would choose Saventify. Choose Greenvelope for automated reminders and native sending, and RSVPify or WedSites when printable seating paperwork is essential.
